Heres why! J Wright has not lost a decision since May 22 of this season and is 7-0 in his last 7 decisions. In his last 5 starts at home he has pitched 2 shutouts, throwing 32.1 innings, allowing 22 hits, 4 runs, 4 earned runs, only 1 HR, 9 BB's and struckout 27 batters. Those are some pretty impressive numbers.
The Yankees have won 5 out of the last 6 series with Texas and dropped a series earlier in the year at Texas, so I look for them to win this series tonight. S Erickson is plain old terrible! In 13.2 innings pitched with the Mets/Texas, he's allowed 25 hits, 12 runs, 10 earned runs, 1 HR, 6 BB's, 6 K's and has an 0-2 record with a 6.59 ERA. The Yankees have 8 regular players batting .300 or better off him and all 8 players have hit HR's in their careers off him. This spells runs and El Duaque is 4-0 on the year in 27 Innings pitched has only allowed 3 earned runs and 1 HR! This should be a very strong parlay!
