I took a homer umpire on my side yesterday, and Im going to try it again today. Home favorites are 71 - 37 when Jim Reynolds is behind the plate, and that's exactly where he'll be at the Metrodome today.
Aside from the big homer numbers, Rich Harden's numbers as a dog on the road are quite fadeable with a 1 - 7 overall record. Harden has pitched much better since his slow start to the season, but most of those games have come in the spacious foul territories of Network Associates Coleseum.
Kyle Lohse was solid in his last outing against the Angels. I think this game will be decided by the bullpens, as tired as they might be after last night, and Minnesota gets the edge overall.
