These are power ratings put out by Brian Gabrielle...Its based on that particular pitcher, how his teams hitting, and Bull Pen (era) and a team as overall, REACT TO HIM....Very handy tool for plenty of cappers who put emphasis on who's pitching....go usafreepicks......net...click on Power ratings---MLB---search/scroll for the team by pitcher you are interested in...Not all are rated...Takes a certain amt (?) of games for them to participate in before they earn a rating...
