  • NFL Preseason Info

I wanted to wish everyone here a good preseason to build up some bankroll and kick the man in regular season.

I was researching a little on the web and got this info from another site and thought I might wanted to share.

It was from some sight so don't quote me on this.

Anyways take it for what it is worth and Good Luck to all here and looking forward to winning with everyone on this board.

    (A) Since 1983 any preseason underdog of +6.0 or more, that gave up 35 or more points in their previous game, and failed to cover by 10 or more points is 11-0 ATS. As a matter of fact the underdog in this role won 9 of the 11 games outright.

    (B) Since 1987 any underdog of +7.5 or more, versus a foe off a SU&ATS win is 19-4 ATS. If that underdog is off a win as well this system improves to 8-0 ATS.

    (C) Since 1983 any underdog of +7.0 or more, versus a foe that covered their previous game by 19 or more is 12-1 ATS.

If you'll notice all those trends refer to a previous game....None have been played, therefore it doesn't apply to any of em, until after the first game....Look for the trends in 2nd, 3rd, etc games...Not now...

I think that this is the reason that the books have not posted an underdog of more than 7 since the 2001 pre-season.

I'll be surprised if we see one this season, or anytime soon.
