my book says the astros lost 2-1 tonight...they said any game called after 5 inn, the game goes back to the last completed inning, when the astros were down 2-1...i had big money on the stros,,,,,,,,can anyone confirm this game....i know its suspended til 2morrow but do i get the loss???/

CINCINNATI (AP) -- Relentless thunderstorms kept the Reds' losing streak rumblin' along for one more night.

Houston's Jeff Bagwell singled home the tying run in the top of the sixth inning Friday, and a third rain delay forced the umpires to call a suspended game between the Astros and Reds.

It will resume Saturday at 11:30 a.m. with the score tied at 2 and two Astros on base in the top of the sixth. The regularly scheduled game for Saturday will then follow.

A series of storms left the Reds with one more night to fret over their longest losing streak of the season -- eight straight and holding.

A quirk of nature prevented them from breaking it Friday night.

i know all that but my book says i lost the game....is this true with other books? can anyone find out????

Cincy won on the books

I had Cincy i won with them from Bo dog.The Houston vs Cincinnati game has been suspended in the top of the Sixth, tied 2-2. Although Houston scored a single run in the top of the sixth inning. According to our rules, if a game has been suspended that it goes to the last complete inning. After Five complete innings, the score was Cincinnati 2, Houston 1. Cincinnati is considered the winner with No result on the Total or Run Line.

so is this game a final or are they playing the rest tommorrow?

also i had the rl -1.5 is this considered no action?

You guys have to check your books rules, but for most books after 5 innings are played the side is official and not the total. I think on run lines it must go 8 full innings.
