I notice from conman Mel's own site he went 4-4 last night (he doesn't mention what the plays were as when you bet mostly favorites you lose money). So, in answer to the last question, I suspect Straight Flush, his protestations notwithstanding, to resurface the next time Mel has a perfect day. Maybe he'll change his name to Full House or Four of a Kind.
