  • Question on betting the Home Run Derby

On sportsbook, the home run derby bet is listed as follows:
    Barry Bonds 13-5
    David Ortiz 8-1
    Field 4-1
    (Any other
    player)
Then it continues listing the other 4 participants and their odds.

My question is, if I put a bet on Barry Bonds, David Ortiz and the Field, will I win automatically? It seems to me putting and equal amount on each bet will win enough to cover the two that don't win and still be up money. (though maybe not much depending on who wins)

If someone could let me know if I am correct. Thanks a lot and good luck!

The way I read it is the the field would cover anybody besides Barry Bonds and David Ortiz. I don't know if I am reading it right.
