They are 46-33 and +9.50 units, if you were betting them at 1 unit/play, so they are legitimately up. And 46-33 and up 9.50 would give you a 58% win % if you were betting all -110 plays.

Again Win % means nothing in bases unless its all dogs. You can be hitting 70% but be down by playing huge favorites.
