Twins are in because they are 3-0 vs the Royals when Lohse takes the mound and 4-2 at home when he starts. KC is a dismal 9-20 on the road when a righty starts and have Lost 7 straight.

He has 3.23 road ERA and opponents are scoring an average of 3.625 runs/game in his starts. Combine their average MOB for road and home starts respectively and it is 22.01.
