Lets keep the train rolling folks!

Pirates-Astros under 9 for 5 units; Found some great info on this game! Since the 2001 season the first game of a series between these 2 clubs are 2-14-1 under the total. The total has gone under 7-0-1 out of the last 8 series at Houston in the opening game!

Here are the scores of Fogg vs Astros; 04; lost 3-4 at Astros, won 4-2 vs 03; won 5-3 vs, lost 2-5 at 02; lost 3-4 at, won 7-3 at lost 1-3 at, won 4-2 vs. Fogg is 1-7 under the last 8 times he's faced the Astros!

Here are the scores of Redding vs Pirates; 03; lost 3-5 at Pitt, won 5-2 vs, won 6-3 at, won 6-2 vs, lost 3-4 at, won 2-1 vs. In head to head, Fogg won 5-3 at Pitt vs Redding! Redding won 5-2 at Houston vs Redding as both games fall under the total. Redding is 1-5 under the total the last 6 times he's faced the Pirates.

The other reason I like this game under is, the Astros bats have been pretty silent the last couple of games and with these trends, I can't see any other way to go, but taking the game under 9 at even money!

The lefty to lefty trend is 28 of 42 games under for a 67% winning percentage. There's two matchups today with lefties vs lefties. You got Perez from the Dodges pitching at San Fran vs Rueter. The second matchup is Cleveland's Sabathia pitching at the WSox vs Schoenweiss.

Some info to look at! Cleveland is 1-3-1 under on the road in lefty to lefty matchups, with their only over a game that Sabathia lost 6-7 at Kansas City vs Brian Anderson. The WSox on the other hand are 4-1 over on the year in lefty vs lefty matchups and are 3-0 over at home! Schoenweiss has gone over the 9 total in both his starts this year vs Cleveland. This could be a good time to play the under cause if you look at the way things even out with Schoenweiss winning 15-3 at Cleveland and winning 9-8 vs Cleveland this year, the law of averages might come into effect here. Give me some help here folks and let me know if you guys use this theory in baseball, as it seems to hold true more often than not! I'll open this question up for some good insight from all you great cappers in this forum!

I'm fried at the moment and must get some rest for work in the morning! Will be back in this same thread after 5:30 PM Eastern Time! Talk to you guys then and lets keep taking the man's money!
