I was at Baileys in West Dearborn and the place was off the hook............I called my boy and was like Im at the Palace and he believed me that how nuts the place was last night...............I took off at around 1230 and the streets were packed with people going nuts.............It was a great night all around.........even managed to get a late night score

Pimp-I have a question, and this is NOT a criticism.
Why is that you and some others like Fossum and the crappy DBacks tonight over the Yankees(whom as a Sox diehard I despise)?Yyanks have won what 32 out of 41 or something like that?Pperhaps there is something I don't see other than perhaps you think Yanks are due to lose.
Again no malice meant;I am just curious as to your logic/reasoning.
Fossum is not exactly Roger Clemens out there you know.

I played against the Yanks on Sunday and lost vs San Diego so I usuallu come back and play against them the next time out which was Tuesday but I actually also had a pegged play against Arizona so I just layed off yesterday and decided that today Ill play the team that lost on Tuesday..............prolly doesnt make much sense to U and honestly after the last 3 weeks doesnt make much sense to me but Ill keep pegging away

Also would u be willing to lay almost 150 on the road with Tanyon Sturze?

Ok-but before Fossum's last great outing hitters were hitting .315 against him;you don't know based on one outing whether that was a fluke or not.
If it was a fluke, he won't last 4 innings.

Pimp-I guess my overall point is that over the many years I have been doing this stuff, I have been burned many times by going against teams as hot as the Yankees rather than going with them.
A lot of folks got burned several years ago(not me) when Oakland won twenty some odd games in a row,;surprisingly on chatboards there were more people going against Oakland than with them;that to me is hard to figure out except for the fact that they were "due" to lose.
To put the shoe on the other foot ,many folks chased the Tigers last year figuring they would win when in a losing streakl;needless to say anyone who bet that team too often lost a lot of money.

I was just pointing out my own philosophy and failures of others.
It certainly doesn't mean YOU cant go against the trend and win;actually you probably can, as you were one of the few who said Lakers would come back from the dead and defeat the Spurs.
