I know I've read a couple of your posts before in the forum. You seem to be pretty knowledable with sports betting. I have been betting sports for 28 years myself. I like to write each score of teams played head to head and I like to list the pitchers against the teams their throwing against. I use a couple of systems myself that seem to win pretty consistent. One thing I've taken notice to, is all betting seems to even out pretty much in the long run. Example, Sheets had won vs Houston and won at Houston this year in baseball. Last night he lost vs Houston, which was a play that I personally missed, cause I will almost always go against a pitcher when he has won his first 2 starts, one being versus a team and one being at the opposing teams field. I also like the East-West coast trend which is a winning system in the long run. Lefty vs Lefty under, which I have currently at 23-11 on the year. I will also look at a team when their pitcher has pretty much owned another team, mainly when they come off of a loss or are on a little bit of a losing streak. This is a great way to win in the bases. Some pitchers have pitched poorly in their careers over certain months. There's alot of different angles to look at in betting baseball, but picking certain pitchers out to bet on, like you showed on your list are usually high juice pitchers. You can often win 2 out of 3 bets on these pitchers and break even or lose money if your playing 2.00 moneylines. Now if your staggering your wagers and chasing after a loss, then your playing with fire my man. I know, I've done it before and lost some serious wagers. I just keep studying the game, the pitchers, the batters, and head to head to see how teams are doing. If you just go into ****** and track teams from the current season back through the 99 season, you will find alot of trends. I know, I do it everyday. Enough of this book I'm writing, all I ask is post your plays and fit into the mix with myself and the rest of the cappers in here, so that if someone is on a losing streak and your doing well, we can coattail one another and beat the man. After all, thats what it's all about!
You guys hit the nail on the head exactly. All I was trying to say is we all get on winning and losing streaks. When we loose, we have to learn to downsize our plays untill we get hot again. Even said, but I enjoy following all the fellows here on this forum and watching when they have hot streaks and jump aboard. I'm here to win just like everyone else. Thanks for your comments and critisizims, good luck to all. You all are a bunch of good guys.

............But i have talked to chuck a few times in the past and he seems pretty level headed to me and i just think it came off wrong. He is getting drilled here and it's mainly because others are losing and mad??? C'mon i get excited when i win too, and i'm not sorry for it. I think your advice should be well taken by many if that's the case. Either stop posting til' you get a better feel or keep posting, be positive and work your way out of the slump!
Nice food for thought Tony!
I honestly think when people bitch and moan about how bad they are doing others are compelled to say "Hey we're not all losing"
Do you know what i'm talking about? There are alot of depressing posts here lately crying about everything on the base paths. Every game has 1 Winner in the box score the next day. You just have to be on the right side.
Wayne I agree with U 100% and I wouldnt have a clue if he is winning or not nor is it my business but dont try and blow smoke and say u had Paul Wilson and some others for the first 2 1/2 months..........lotta times I should keep my mouth closed but this one just went a tad 2 far...........Again I have nothing against C Lazar and like I said before it really isnt my business
I have to second the opinion of MtrCtyPimp. It's easy looking at $$$ records of the starters 1/3 into the season. Then making your 'bet' list.
The four big guns from that list Clemens, Brown, Schilling and Johnson all were money losers last year. Why didn't you take Ponson? He was 4th last year in money won. What about Halladay? He was 6th last year. Instead you took Milton who was 3-0 last year in another league???? I'm very skeptical!
i didnt respond to your gambling post although how accurate i am not sure but i dont really care i remember harvey haddix almost perfect game and i remember how the score ended up the way it did and you seem like a nice man.all i want to know is, since you said you wen t to the game how did you get that ball it cleared the wall and landed in schenley park and i wouldnt care if it was dennis dimwit who retrieved it after it cleared the wall i cant see anybody throwing that ball back over the wall and if they did how did you get it. sorry you piqued my curiosity on how you got the ball who authenticated it iwas in the memorabilia buiseness since 1980 in fact i have about 10,000 autographed baseball cards which incude some harvey haddix cards signed

Some of my friends were playing outside and threw the ball over like everyone always did. My friend with me at the game retrieved the ball and gave it to me. The next day I gave the ball to Maz. He gave it back signed and sign balls for all my friend. I had bats and balls over the years sign by explayers and also footballs and stuff sign by the Steelers. I gave them all to my kids and granddaughter, but Maz's ball and a football I had signed by the Steelers during camp in 1980 after they won the Superbowl. My best friend today is Jack Deloplaine ( hydroplane), who played running back for the Steelers during the 70's.
