I went big on the under and now it's up to pure luck what happens in the 1st half. How can anyone in the world cap that a team will be in the bonus with EIGHT minutes in a quarter? I hate the Lakers with a passion, but from them going from the best team in the NBA for most free throw attempts per game now to them getting 1 free throw to every Pistons 4 free throws is a joke, and I honestly for the first time agree with Phil Jackson that calls are very bias versus their team. I am really curious to see how these teams match up without sloppy basketball. Every game there's been an impact player with early foul trouble. This is the finals and the refs have to start backing off. Even if the Lakers lose tonight I say they still win the series. You can only relie on going into the bonus for so long. What happens to Detroit when the refs take the handcuffs of the Lakers? Lakers should roll soon.

I have OVER 167 in this game and it is UGLY!! Only 1 3-pointer was made and so many free throws were missed by Ben Wallace and Shaq. The game is close but what an ugly game (unless you have the under).NSA's NBA Game Of The Year was on Dallas -4.5 on March 31. Orlando won 108-99. It was a cloudy day for Sonny LaFouchi.

Horrible!!
Absolutely a horrible excuse for NBA basketball.......the Pistons and Nets have driven a wide open scoring and enjoyable spectator game into the depths of WANTING to watch wide open scoring of the Women's NBA LEAGUE.......THIS.........IS ENOUGH TO GAG A MAGGOT!! Even the Tigers and and Red Wings play better offense than this!! Hopefully it will go away soon as I did have a bet on the ugly under.......BEST OF LUCK TO ALL!! Gv
On a side note.
The PACERS AND WOLVES would have been a BLAST to watch but the Vegas and TV money boys could have none of that...hence we are stuck with this pitiful garbage.......!!I am NOT schizophrenic......and NEITHER am I! Just paranoid that fear may overcome my insanity!

It's the Lakers who are making the series boringThey are getting hammered. I really thought they could win tonight. I think they still can get this back to LA. Problem for the Pistons is if they don't close it out on Tuesday, then they are finished. Winner of next game is your series winner. Cause the Lakers will be 6-8 point favorites at home and no way in hell will the Lakers lose S/U when everyone will be money lining the Pistons both times. I highly doubt an 8 point favorite will lose twice in one series S/U. What's crazy though is that this series has been a total mismatch since game 1. I'm glad I passed on taking the Lakers. I'll pass on them again and keep going under although I got a push on it tonight.
My guess is people will take the Lakers Tuesday keep on thinking no way they go down like this. This is the same exact situation like the Yankees/Marlins last year. No one wanted to believe the Marlins would do it and people kept on betting the Yanks. The Lakers being almost 2 point dogs after a loss in a desperation game in the NBA Finals tells us oddsmakers didn't see any reason why the series should have a change of heart. You know something would be up if the Lakers opened up as a 1 point favorite or even a pick. That's mean odds makers expect a Laker adjustment and better performance. But, with 3 games being blow outs and one game was a miracle Laker win, the Pistons have to open up a bigger favorite than tonight cause that would be an adjustment to the series. My guess is Pistons -3 would be the right number. That number would look real attractive for Laker backers, but I think we can be surprised that people might jump on the Pistons cause historically 3 point favorites to 5 point favorites are public numbers.Last edited by markman; 06-14-2004, 01:13 AM.
