I realize the Lakers are the better team. But the gap between the top teams in the west and east has been closed, without most of us noticing due to the overall dominance of the West even this year. It's a better brand of hoops, no doubt. But the LAKESHOW will continue to have problems getting inside on these Pistons tonight.
Tayshawn is playing better than ever. 'Sheed is a force on both ends. Hamilton will continue to dog Kobe, and Billups will hit a big bucket or two. All it will take is for the Pistons to make their layups, and then it stays close even if the Lakers play better.
I think it was Motorcity Pimp that said it best when he claimed the best value to be had on the Lakers is in Detroit. He is correct.
