Reporting in with a 11-12-1 yesterday , and still making OJ by the gallons here .

Snake-Bit has a new meaning around here , I need a Cowboy who knows how to fix things . Six straight days below 50% while taking on the entire card , I did cut back to just a few games days ago so in essence I really havent been getting murdered but it is perplexing to say the least .

In my years of holding the bull by the horns I dont see this kind of run often ( Thank God ) but its the law of avgs. that brings a smile to my face cause I know when I break the curse that it will be in a big-way !

Is it just me or a sign of the times ?

Meaning that the detractors , nay-sayers , demons , or just plain rude people have been out in force lately , I ask little of people because my personality has a give not take tone to it . But lately I see a " All Me " type mentality cruising the net in recent memory , my guess is they are in a rut ( like-me ) and dont have the fortitude to overcome it .

Darlin ' ......Funny you should say .... We've given back half our profits in the last 3 weeks but I have a good feeling about today .. and an even rosier one for the future. I'm going to Mix and Match with MMM and have a ball doing so. Awaiting your keen insights for a turn around Sunday.

MMM i happen to be in a bit of a slump myself, hopefully we can get out of it today. i cant believe how optimistic you are even when youre in a slump, but i know thats the best attiitude. ive learned that if u can remain optimistic you can still make your picks with confidence, which is extremely important.

You show WRIGHT (Atlanta) as strong in the DAY, and weak at NIGHT....You picked the PHILLIES, and it's a DAY game....Was this meant to be typed this way, did you set a TRAP for the OLD MAN (one of the 3 wise man), to see if he would catch it...

Not that you need to justify/explain any of your picks, this one confuses me....Of course I'm easily confused:confused:

Fine is the eye that you sport when deducing data and imput , I did that for a reason knowing that it is a early & day game . After searching my soul and my base for looks I felt that a contrarian play was in order here . The Phil`s have impressed me the past few days and thier slumber-with-lumber that seems to be on the way-side .

Being that time will tell me if my spot was right or not (who knows?) but I felt that Wright is due for adjustment to his fine day appearences as of late , coupled with the Braves are a team in decline as witnessed by thier worst record since 1992 right now.

Again I applaude your astute observations when scanning everyday life

I LOVE the OVER in NBA game, leery of choosing side....IMO I think the score is going to be around 92-84 LA....Too damn close to call for sides, but OK on total...But what in the hell do I know about Baskets...

So how are you going to handle this " dusk " game ? Talk about being caught in the middle . I just called Jamie and asked him if he considers 5:05 PM in Seattle afternoon or evening . He said: "It's Dusk of course ... what are you, nuts or something ?? " .... LOL .. He was of no help . I think Seattle is the side no matter what time of day the game jumps out.

Merely translates to---Innings 1, 2, 3, strong....Starts fading, getting weaker as daylight fades ( a la DRACULA), and eventually goes to nothing when DARK sets in, unless of course---they happen to have STRONG lights and trick him into believing it's daylight....Heaven forbid if it's a full moon, the CATCHER is part WEREWOLF

Duskless in Seattle

This time of the year the sun sets late in Seattle. Today it dosen't set until 9:07 PM. That should mean the game will be at least 3 hours old before dusk even starts and if Moyer is still in the game then, that's a good sign for Seattle anyway. You shouldn't be concerned about dusk affecting Moyer.

Laffin my ass off . I think it would be extremely easy to trick Moyer into thinking it's daylight . In the 3rd inning the ball boy should bring him some bacon and eggs while sitting in the dugout... that should do it ... that is unless he slips him a glass of prune juice with breakfast . In that case it will be a very comical 5th inning .. and ESPN will be re-playing it for days . Come to think of it ... so will Jamie.
