I was listening to the Radio on the way to work this morning. The Singing Psychic said that the Fakers will win the Series in Six Games.


Personally, I don't believe in Psychic's or maybe Psycho's you decide.

So, I just placed:

1* Pistons Series +525


And to try and protect the bet I also took:

1* Pistons +8 (For the first game of the series)

Think this will be a wire to wire game. :D

Thanks Homer - now I'm seeing +550 's around . Seems like the public is thinking " free money " by playing on the lakers here. ... I'm with you .

Point of interest - When playoffs began the WARROIR predicted Detroit to win it all . Maybe that's a good omen for us .

I like the Lakers in 5 or 7 ............ but i'm not wagering on the series price.

The Fakers won't be ready for the Defense the Pistons put on the Court. Just Hope Detroit can Score enough to win it.

That's what scares me about Detroit. The Lakers have more options and Hamilton (i think) will be worn out by Kobe in this one.

I see LA in 5 or 4. Detroit quits scoring for minutes at a time. LA does not. Too much Kobe, Shaq, and Fisher.....Ben Wallace and Rip should be less of a factor with Kobe and Shaq watching them....Rasheed will have to dominate Malone and Prince must be huge for Detroit to win more than one game. I am pulling for Detroit, just cannot see it happening....unless a Weber like injury vs. Dallas last season occurs to Oneal or Kobe.

but as the series price goes I'm going on the Lakers for a nickle
the first game is gonna set the pace for the line value

I agree with you. I feel really good about that bet. It will be interesting tomorrow night. Will the Fakers find the solution for Detroit's Defense? Will they beable to stop the Pistons from scoring by actuallly playing defense themselves ?

I don't think so. I watched the whole game last night. If you ask me the Fakers are lucky they didn't lose by around 30 points.

If Kobe or Shaq have a bad game anytime in this series, their going to get killed.

I will be riding the Pistons Tomorrow night and from here on out. Until the Fakers show me they can actually play the Eastern Conference still ball. I don't think they can and if not. You will be right series over in 5 or 6. Have a nice day Malone and Payton you missed the ring again. The Pistons are so focus as a team to win the title. :D...... and also we all know teams will beat individuals all the time. And the Fakers are totally individuals playing basketball and figured the Pistons would lay down on the ground for them to walk over. NOT :D :D :D

I'm sure glad I'm not sitting on that -700 from the Fakers to win the series. :D ...... They may pull it off, but doesn't look good right now.

Great point in that we covered our series bet with Detroit . Fakers now -280 at Cris Sportsbook.
Liking Detroit +8 1/2 - 9 right back tomorrow.
Nibbled on them last night +400 .. lol nice hit.
Fakes jump out strong tomorrow in early going ( fight or flight adrenaline mechanism) but Detroit comes on in later stages and wears them down .
If you get the feeling that the public sees the Fakes rolling in game 2 ... then we consider bumping up on Detroit.
We have time to execute this .
Let's read and hear as many opinions as possible before we move.
