Mejia doesn't pick teams either way...He's a sportswriter whp predicts scores (Straight Up) on Basketball...College/NBA...You have to figure he's sayin LAL 89-TW85....Difference of 4--spread is about 7 1/2-8 or whatever...Hes thinking total will be 174, abouit 9 less than LINE....I know for a FACT that he predominantly predicts low scores....I (Personaly) don't pay too much credence in his totals that show UNDER, but he certainly PERKS my interest when he shows an over...Especially when its alot over...His difference of 4 on spread can be taken either way---with a grain of salt...now had he picked T'Wolves to WIN by 4, add 8 spread, thats a 12 pt turnaround---in my books, would be a play...Hope this helps you, or better still, keeps you from an erroneous assumption....kmann...Don't let me sway you, just my take...Capt TOF..
Thanks YOF... I knew someone else like you could explain it a hell of a lot better than me.... LOL.... All I know is that he predicted the final score last night to be 85-78....and it was 84-78... Or maybe vice-versa... but he missed it by one point.... Thanks again Karl....
UNDER the TOTAL (183)
Minnesota at LA Lakers*
Both sides hit a lot more 3-pointers than they
normally do in Game 3, which went OVER, but only
by 6 points.
Fouling Shaq makes the game longer and creates
time for more scoring opportunities, but Minnesota
forces the Lakers to be patient and work the ball
into him late in their possession, which helps to
offset the lengthening of the game. LA LAKERS,
87-80.

Thats not so great, I know of at least 4 services that said the next day, THEY HIT IT ON THE HEAD...You know who they are...If you remember my criteria on MEJIA and NCAA Baskets, using his picks and another k-factor, we did fairly well...Also use HARMONs picks, then again another k-factor for NCAA Football...Didn't know you guys then...Was sailing on a PIRATE ship, not one SANCTIONED by her Majesty the QUEEN... as always...Capt TOF
