  • Thursday Baseball.........

Only 2-3 on the day for Wednesday, but we did make a small profit of .90 of a unit by cashing in the 5 STAR winner with the Reds. Once again a starting pitcher that was rolling along was pulled with a pitch count of less than 90 only to see the bullpen give up a three run eight inning to tie the game. Lucky for us the Reds won in extra innings! These are my plays for Thursday.....

5 STAR: Milwaukee (+$115) OVER MONTREAL
    (Wes Obermueller vs. Tomo Ohka)

2 STAR: TAMPA BAY (+$140) OVER Boston
    (Victor Zambrano vs. Derek Lowe)

2 STAR: Baltimore (+$120) OVER SEATTLE
    (Rodrigo Lopez vs. Jamie Moyer)

    2004 MLB RECORD

    5 STAR RECORD 9-6 (+9.45 UNITS)
    3 STAR RECORD 22-13 (+29.05 UNITS)
    2 STAR RECORD 48-48-1 (+0.04 UNITS)
    1 STAR RECORD 35-34 (+9.65 UNITS)

    OVERALL RECORD 114-101-1 (+48.19 UNITS)
    A $100 player would be up $4819.00

    Good luck,
    John

Nice record John. The line on Lopez is crazy! I'm on the UNDER in the Oswald-Beckett matchup and have 2 MIL$$$ games going in the American League. I split them yesterday with the Rangers -120 and the A's -150...

                    listed pitchers?

Hey EZ, do you always list both pitchers? Thanks. RFC

I don't want to speak for John (EZ), but I know for a fact that he says to ALWAYS list both pitchers.
So this wager (Brewers/Expos) should have been CANCELLED for John himself and also for anyone that wagers John's plays.

Thats correct, the Brewers play is off. I always list both pitchers unless otherwise noted.
                            Good luck,
