HOW & WHY

The Lightning have punished Philly all 5 games this year? Why is Philly going to win tonight? Tampa has the better Goalie. They have an overall better defense. They have faster skaters and more firepower offensively. What is the reasoning behing Philly? They are due? Not raging on you fellas I just don't see it at all. We are in this together to make some $. Please help me see why Philly is the play.

I fully respect what you are saying. My post in game one was that Philly was 0-4 against TB this year and TB was coming off 8 days rest. I liked and posted TB in game # 1. If you watched the game, Philly did allot of good things the first half of the game.........that being said, they did some awful things the second half. Philly is a bigger, more physical and can match the speed of TB. Philly has not been that strong of a road team this spring. The Bulin Wall has been playing awesome. Esche has been pretty solid himself. Hitchcock has made some adjustments that I think can limit TB's shots and if you recall, TB does not get allot of shots anyway. Yes, game #2 is a MUST win for Philly but I think the defensive adjustments made will limit the lightning shots even more and I like Philly to win in a low scoring affair. let's not forget, Philly IS awfully talented.......these are some of my thoughts....I have boring numbers that support Philly tonight but these are some thoughts

You are absolutely correct. Every angle points towards the Ning. That's why the Flyers are the play. Khabibuelin(not sure if I spelled that right) is due to let in some soft goals. He's been standing on his head the entire playoffs. He is due for an off night. I don't think the Ning' will be lathargic and out of sync the first period as they were in game one. If the Fly Guys weather the storm in the 1st period, they'll win this game. That's what I'm betting they'll do.
