I will throw a small number on KC tonight.

Boston coming home after a horrid road trip. They just won their last two and are getting back to were they are 8-3. So I guess all is right with the chowderheads. I'm not impressed by them splitting a series with Cleveland. All may not be well with them yet and you never know when Wakefield's knuckler is in the house. Vegas set this one lower than it should be IMO. Wakefield and his 1.29 era is going with a very strong bullpen to boot against a KC team that's having a rough start. Jeremy Affeldt has giving up only 8 runs over his last three starts, all for loses, against the likes of the Yanks, Jays, and Indians. Making it through almost the 7th inning as well. Boston isn't dominating lefties to this point going 4-2 and hitting only .221 in mostly low scoring affairs.

Just taking a small shot with a KC team that should be better than their record against a Boston team that is going to hear it from it's maniac fans today.

I hate F'n closers.

Over rated head cases.

They should be escorted behind the stadium and shot if they walk the first F'n batter they face when they come in to close a game that's already in hand.:angryfire

As a matter of fact...
if anyone comes in from the bullpen and walks the 1st hitter they face, they should be beaten to within an inch of their life...

with one of Sosa's corked bats. We don't want to be too mean.
