Marc Lawrence and Cincinnati Kid

Correction to earlier post----

Cincinnati Kid is indeed Lawrence's son. They don't hide this.

In fact, they even share the same odd mannerisms on their TV show. Lawrence, in fact, often speaks of his pride in the "Kid".

The resemblance, physically at least, is close. Can't speak to their handicapping abilities.
