Neil, San Diego and Atlanta are rated EVEN by Dunkel. Is it still a play?

Also, the Mets are a Dunkel Dog. They are +102

What are some of the forums thoughts on how this concept would work for other sports. Thanks...

I like the Dunkel ratings for baseball to define games with line value and once I identify the value games I dig into the matchup to see if it warrants my $$$$$$$.

Because a team is even, -110, -115, -120, small lines, and Dunkel rates them a 1/2 better does not necessarily mean it's a play...Not by DUNKELNOMIC standards....It's DUNKEL rating in relation to the line....You could play all the Dunkel higher ratings vs the line, regardless of relatioin, in the past I found them to be
55-57% accurate....Borderline for winning...Thats when I started looking at them in relation to the line, home field adv., and came up with a K-factor to help determine picks..I generally play the TOP ones, however the 1*s have been hitting...2 1/2*s are hot..

That is exactly how I got started with Dunkel theory, that Coverboy (neil) has since renamed DUNKELNOMICS....It first had to perk my interest, then I did in depth research....Generally found Dunkel to be the Key....

I use a 7 pt criteria with MEJIA on Baskets, and another criteria on College Football using Harmon....They've been good to me...
Therefore until I find something better, I'll continue to use....LOL

rpr....I use Mejia in college Baskets, Harmon in college football, the same way, with different criteria (in relation to line)...have been good to me...

thanks for the encouraging words, I've been using it for years...has been good to me....Coverboy has expanded on it with other cappers, is keeping records, Neil has also given a name to my formula, calls it Dunkelnomics...Present day record, kept by neil, shows some strong results....Its strickly Dunkel rating in relation to line....w/ certain k-factor....ratio/formula...I use the same type thing in Baskets and Football....The system gets stronger as the season rolls along....More stats...Once again thanks...LOL
