Detroit laying the wood
Looked over NJ last 15 or so final season road games and answered my question why Detroit would be favored here by so much. Also, only the last two games between these two involved Wallace as a Piston. I think this will really show here to Detroit's favor. I think they may run a bit more and play their game instead of spending all their time stopping the opponents game. I also think the outside shooters of Mil where a good test for this NJ series as far as Detroit's D is concerned. Wallace is now in the flow even more than he could have been earlier after the trade was made. He also seems to have his head in the game and is much less of a distraction. Detroit's inside presence is even greater as they hold a big rebounding advantage here. NJ's inside big men are just there to fill a uniform. Importantly, last years last second shot by Kidd to win the game may have set the tone for the series and the sweep. Detroit will remember that.
