Marlins Pavano +1.30 for 1 unit; Pavano/Marlins have won his last 7 starts with only 22 total runs allowed in those starts. Marlins roster players are hitting .256 off Schmidt and .333 off Herges. Giants roster players are hitting .222 off Pavano and .135 off Benitz. Schmidt has a 5.63 ERA in 16 IP in 3 starts, allowing 16 hits and 10 earned runs. Giants are a very beatable team this year, being so 1 dimensional.

6:15 A's Harden -1.40 at Tampa Bay Gonzalez; Playing Oakland -1.40 for 5 units and playing A's -1 1/2 RL+1.20 for 3 units. The A's are coming off that brutal 3 game sweep loss to the Yankees. They know they gotta pick it up and win this series at Tampa. This is a team that the A's have gone 38-8 versus since the 99 season, including 17-4 at Tampa. If there's a game on the board today to pound, I would have to say this is the game. Gonzalez/Tampa has lost his last 10 starts. 2-0 so far today, waiting on the Marlins, Braves to get me a couple of more wins today!
