I don't know much about baseball, so I don't know how to read the index. Please help.

What are the plays? What do (*) and numbers mean?

KMann is our expert at interpreting the information . He's not in today as yet .

I keep it simple for myself by playing any team that has the higher rating in a given matchup ONLY IF ITS AN UNDERDOG ! So read the power ratings ... and check your lines on each game.

For instance today ... Dunkel shows the following dogs :

Florida 2 better than SF AND Florida is a + 120 dog

Chicago White Sox ( with Buehrle ) are 1/2 better than Toronto AND a +135 dog

I played Florida and Chisox ( Buehrle )

Note !! Atlanta with Hampton was rated EVEN by Dunkel AND was a +130 dog .
On games like this ( EVEN and DOG ) I have been making 1/2 regular bet so I nibbled on Atlanta with Hampton.

Hope this explains the simple way I do it . KMann gets nice results with a much more complicated but effective system .

If you dont know a lot about baseball I'd suggest you start very slowly and try to develop your skills in picking INDIVIDUAL winners . Keep records of your wins and losses and most importantly your bottom line money wise .... Sure parlays are exciting and can pay off well but odds are long and results can be rough on the pocketbook . I wouldnt start with parlays until you get real comfortable .

Pay attention to the selections of some of the handicappers here on Bettors .... Kmann MMM EZ Winners Frank B Wayne Homer Motor City Pimp are fine cappers !! There are more out there too ! (no disrespect intended to the ones I've omitted )

If youre new to wagering baseball spend a few weeks reading their posts and developing your style ... again try to resist jumping in too soon .
