I agree, they have cost me too but baseball is unlike ANY other sport and sometimes i ride a team and usually get it back. The Yankees are 1-5 against Boston this year and people will probably be riding Pedro (Not a bad choice) but i like N.Y. @ Home +$$ with Vazquez on the mound. Phil. is another team that cost me alot early but i'm riding them alot lately with some big plays and getting it back. As long as the overall picture holds on i'm happy. Baseball is truly a daily grind in gambling. One slump with so many games EVERYDAY can really put you in a coma fast. N.Y. WILL get us our lost money back at some point!

Wayne=I rarely bet on or against Sox as they are me time and I have seasonal and prop bets(WS, etc.).
That being said and trying to be objective, I predict Sox will defeat Ny on Sunday making it the first three game sweep in Yankee Stadium in a number of years.
If that should happen, I will be the first one in line on Monday to buy a NY Post to see what Georgie and the NY press have to say about things.
I will make another brash prediction, and throw this back in my face later in the season if I am wrong: Yankees will NOT make the playoffs, and anyone who bets them every game with the absurd lines will lose a lot of money(not that lines on Sox are any bargain either).

Wayne-if a team with a tiny payroll relatively speaking like Marlins can win a WS, it is certainly possible that a team like Yankees with huge payroll can finish out of the money;it wouldn't be the first time this has happened.
It is obviously very early but anyone who thinks that adding ARod, Vazquez, Kevin Brown, Sheffield, etc.. is going to make up for HUGE losses of Clemens, Petitte, Wells, Soriano and one of the most important of all Nick Johnson is living in a dreamworld.
Georgie has had a lot of success in his ventures, and now it is time to be a little bit humbled.

I strayed from my normal NASCAR method. Playing full units on 2 or 3 drives and partail units on 2 or 3 others.

Today, I simply played a full unit on Dale. I can't see him losing unless he get caught up in a wreck.
