  • Dunkel Index - Saturday

Our Esteemed colleague Frank B is probably enjoying a morning on the golf course so I'll pass along The Dunkel Index for Sat. Baseball. I've been using it in the same manner as Tony Mejia's College Basketball info ... I play the underdogs.

I started following it 4 days ago and its 11-4 so far ( all dogs )

Today's Dunkel yields The Texas Rangers + 140 and the LA Dodgers at Even . ( I've been playing the "evens " They're 3-0 so even though technically they're not dogs I'll stay with them for now at least .) Here's the whole ticket :

if this index is as good as Meja's, then why not just play every game (besides favorites of -170 or higher)? just wondering

I don't know the answer to your question. I'm going to continue to play it. To date its done very well. Can't complain about a live DOG.

thanks Frank. Was just curious b/c it seems it would make sense to play small favorites as well but honestly I have no clue b/c I *****'t followed it. Let me know if you have any info :D

Hi Tony - I dont know if it's as good as Mejia .. I'm pretty new to it . As far as playing the faves routinely up to -170 ... wouldnt we have to go 8-5 or 9-6 just to break even ? Last night they were 9-6 overall .. But the dogs were 3-0 ( Detroit, Texas , and Minnesota )I'm going to keep on it every day until some kind of pattern emerges . In the meantime I'll stick with the dogs. Take care . - Neil

Take a look at this one...

Detroit basically even money, Dunkel shows TIGERS 3 better..
As I stated in an earlier Post, I generally give this credence when its a dog that rates higher....Also like when even/almost even money has a 3 or 3+ differencial...

Like I stated in another earlier Post, Mejia has to have at least 7 points turnaround for me to consider, In bases it's 3...

              Good luck to you today....kmann

kmann, I know we were playing favorites with predicted margin of victories with teh Mejia 'System'. Coverboy suggested that we play the favorites with the Dunkel rating. I was looking at what you suggested yesterday. They only problem the favorites were too big for my taste.

bigbill, the service is free until September 1. If the Dunkel dog system continues to do well I'd gladly subscribe to their service.
