This is the weather they should have had yesterday.....a 10-6 or 12-7 type game is not out of the question as Maddux has nothing on his pitches as of the start of the season. Most medium fly balls today should go out of the park with east. Yesterday both teams were crushing the ball and the wind knocked em right back in the park.

No games really jumped out at me today with big advantage matchups but I will be playing these added to my others:

Not too often you will get a shot at Zito this year at almost even money. He is NOT in top form yet but he is facing Escofbar the transfer from Tor who was a great starter when he found his groove....he has not found it yet!

1.5 * NYY +112
Usually going against Lowe at Fenway is a loss but I do like Contreas in this spot and much like the above....it will be not often you will get to play on the Yanks at plus money. Worth a small play hoping they get to the Sox pen. The CHANT GOES UP FROM THE YANK DUGOUT "WE WANT BUNG!" WE WANT BUNG"!! (When is Bung Hole Kim available again anyway?)

A PLAY again AGAINST Weaver and also having losing an embarrassing series at home to the Dodgers should have the hitters fired up today.

2 * STL/COL (O)10
Jennings and the weather should produce a boat load of runs for the Cards today.....just hope Williams isn't in shutout mode but the elements should assist that.

1.5 * MINN/KC (O)11
This could get ugly early for Minnesota....I would not be surprised at either team winning this game in a slugfest but also would not be surprised to see May (a lefty) hold the Twins off the scoreboard for the opening 3-5 innings.....then look out as the Memphis Mafia veal pen rears its ugly head. Oh Yeah.....Minn starting a newbie on the mound as well.....yikes.

(One would be of the opinion that KC would be the side play here but I am a Twins fan so can't play that one)

I already put in a play

on them at -10!

I lot of people are enamormer with them in the 1 vs 8 seed in a big blowout! I'm not going wild on it just a couple of units....The Wolves will win BUT.......A parlay that may be of better use is:

2 * KINGS M/L - WOLVES M/L - KING/MAV (O)219 This pays 2 to 1 and has the appeal of no backdoor cover on the 10 points.

The Mavs have a horrible ATS on the road and the Kings hardly lose any games at home.....

GV. I just noticed that my 4 team parley is the same as yours, except I took over 14.5 in the Cinc/Cubs game instead of the Giants for 200: 2717. Lets hope we are both alive for the A's game. How do you feel about your Twins total. That's the only one we are missing. You know the players there better than anyone. How's are chances. I can't even find the game off my Dish TV.

That over 14.5 was the CARBON COPY of the one alluded to earlier this morning......my only regret is is I didn't go bigger on it but I did bet it 3 SEPARATE TIMES as it went from 13.4 to 14 to 14.5!!

Now we just need 91 out of the Kings and Mavs for the 2nd half!!

The tie is better than a loss, but I need three winners going into the A's. The payoff is over a dime more for 4 teams instead of 3 teams. I've got other parleys too, mine with Cinc AND the over 14.5 as the keys. I hope Cinc can find a real bullpen today. I didn't play the over in the Kings game, but it looks like I should have. You have a chance for a 19 point middle, if you think they will slow down. I did cover my first quarter Kings -2 play. I'm still playing that automatically every Kings homegame. Good like with the Giants. Let's have the A's game really mean something for us.
