Friday's Plays
A nice win on the Blue Jays 11-0 over the Tigers. Now 11-4 on the season and up +25 units! Lets keep the streak going!
3:20 Reds A Harang +1.50 at Cubs S Mitre -1.70, no total posted yet; The Reds have lost the last 4 opening games of the series with the Cubs! I look for that to change today. Harang is 5-0 in his road starts with the Reds, winning 4-3 at Phillies, 12-4 at Pitt, 4-2 at Cards, 2-0 at Arizona, and 9-5 at the Padres. S Mitre has yet to win a game as a starter for the Cubs, going 0-3 in his starts, L2-5 at Atlanta, L2-3 vs Pittsburgh, and L 4-8 at Atlanta. He has been outscored 16 to 8 in his 3 starts. I am playing the Reds +1.50 for 3 units. I am going to play this game over if the line is between 8 and 9. The Cubs have now played 8 straight overs at home going back to last year. This series has seen the over go 11-6 over the last 17 games played in Chicago. Will be playing the over for 3 units also, if the total is between 8 and 9.
This is my only play for now, but I'm looking real hard at taking my beloved Phillies, because right now the Expos are the worst hitting team in the National League going 33 straight innings without scoring a run!
