My own opinion.

I think the Tigers will go as far as the young pitchers will take them. How far will that be ?

I think around .500 if lucky. In my opinion the White Sox will win the Division.

But,

I will say this if the Tigers stay on the plan they have promised. They will make a push for the World Series in the next couple of years.

P.S.- I personally love these its fun to watch them play again. My Son asks me everyday if they're playing and can we watch them. Just this afternoon he told me. "It's fun daddy to watch the Tigers this year they actually win games now, unlike last year. "

I would advise you :

to tell him the truth and let him down easy . They are at this point the most improved team in all of baseball and Im sure your son is having a field-day with "his team" winning once again.

It is after all , only a matter of time with the grueling schedules they play but I do agree with thier building plan [ no doubt ] :D

Homer/Memphis-I was being facetious about Tigers winning the WS, BUT don't forget in early 90's when Braves and Twins finished last but in next season met in the Series;it was 1991 or 1992 I believe.

WON the Series in 87 and 91! You are correct......the cheer at home was the "original" WORST TO FIRST! Beware of the Twins this year when they get healthy and starting pitching shows up in the 2nd half of the season!

Besides that......I would bet 6.5 stars on Sac 2nd half at -9 as they are down 7 to GS and the Warriors are down now to only 7 players for the 2nd half and Richardson already has one tech....one more and he is gone....Sac has been missing slam dunks and the starters ARE playing AND the Fakers are LOSING and Sac needs the game......and they were favored to WIN by -8!!I Have had an outstand day in both NBA and MLB BUT TAKE THIS FOR WIW! It IS the NBA and Dunleavy is playing well right now......but they should play slow ball the rest of the 2nd half with no bench to help so the under in the game is also an insane 98....one would think they only get 85 in the first....why would it go 13 higher.....oh well!
