Hit my one game yesterday with some late offense in the Texas/Anaheim game to improve to +23 units on the year. Some nice games today I'm seeing. Without further ado......
RARE 10* PLAY
Boston -220 ....It's rare that I'll have a 10* on such a high number (220), but I'm still shocked that Baltimore is starting Ainsworth. Baltimore may have a better chance trotting out their BP pitcher, as Ainsworth has a career ERA of 30 against the Red Sox! In his only start against them this year, he gave up 7 ER in 1.2 innings. Lowe on the other hand, has always pitched well vs. Baltimore, even though his record is only 8-6. Plus Lowe is such a better pitcher at home than the road.
5* Top Plays
Oakland -200....As Paulsam mentioned yesterday, Texas does have problems against lefties, especially Zito.
White Sox -170 ....Loaiza has pitched great at Cell One Ballpark, and he was a very impressive 10-3 with a 2.76 ERA during day games last year. I also like the under in this game for a 3*, as their should be about a 20 MPH wind blowing in from left.
3* Medium Plays
Toronto -125....Hentgen has had success against the Tigers, but more importantly has had success against the Tigers current players. The Tigers regular lineup is hitting a combined .214 (30-for-140), and only 9 extra base hits (4 HR). I don't see Bonderman beating the Jays again.
Montreal +105 ....Amazingly, the first 3 games at the launching pad in San Juan all went under. I wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing again, but more importantly, an underrated Vargas getting the +105 seems to be good value here. I know Penny has dominated Montreal in the past, but think Montreal wins 2-1.
White Sox/Royals UNDER 9.5 (-120)....Loaiza is tough during day games and should be chilly with a strong wind blowing in from left.
1* Small Plays
Anaheim -140 ....Piniero was rocked in the first outing, and has never pitched well against this team.
Anaheim/Seattle OVER 9 (+105)....neither pitcher has had great success vs. the opposition and I see a bunch of runs scored in this one.
May have some more total plays later in the day. Good luck, everyone!

5* - 5-4, -3.1 units
