    Interesting thought

about it though......it says he doubled his winnings and won 270k but in reality they included his original bet so he WON 135k.....Now lets see.....the IRS agents are standing by and nail their chunk up front which should leave him around 85k......NOW HE GOES HOME to ENGLAND where the TAX BOBBIES are waiting for him...AFTER he spends a nice chunk of it celebrating in Vegas...He will probably END UP OWING around a 100 bucks by the time both countries are done with him!

HAVE A GUINESS AND SPIN THE WHEEL ONE TIME ON RED........................
    BRILLIANT!!!!!!
I am NOT schizophrenic......and NEITHER am I! Just paranoid that fear may overcome my insanity!

I remember reading recently about some lady in her70's in my area who claimed her cat just died at 35 years old, which would be some kind of a record.
I personally think the lady lied to get into the news or is just confused about how old the cat really was when it died.
I think in the case of the guy who went to roulette wheel, he simply wanted to get into the news by pretending that he rolled his entire bankroll on one spin of the roulette wheel.

First, I have been in this town 25 years and other then when Benny Binon was alive nobody is going to take that bet. Trust Me.
A bet like that has to be prearanged with the VP of table games and he would even have to consult the prez. I'm a #2 guy in a major hotel in town and I couldn't take anywhere near that bet.
There's something not right with that story. But I'll ask around.
Has anyone of you been to the Plaza it's a toilet, You bet black chips and they are all over you. Now casino's will take that kind of action I mean we take 150k a hand in Bacc but to bet that kind of money you better have a credit line of a million. Trust me that didn't happen. They are not going to let a person walk in off the street and make a 135k bet on anything. As I said before if Benny Binon was alive and the Hotel was the Horseshoe then I would say it's true. But he's dead and the Horseshoe is run by Harrahs so it didn't happen.

In other words, one big publicity stunt with all sides concerned gaining something? Sounds right.

                      Wait and see

Before all of this is over you'll see headlines "Gambler and Casino PLOT winner for Publicity..."

Can you imagine the DOMINO effect this is going to have...

Yes, this wager could have EASILY been made...Prior arrangements, "Money up Front", Publicity, etc...

Lets imagine he would have LOST...Do you think the CASINO could stand that Publicity...No way...Need a shot in the arm to promote Casinos, lets COOK this up, get on TV, ARRANGE for him to WIN....Benefit from the DOMINO effect..

And don't you ever believe that that BALL can't be pre-arranged to land on a certain color...Just my take, considering the NEGATIVE impact a loss would have been for the CASINO...

May take a while, a la the "64,000$ question show and others, before it comes out.....but IT WILL

Roulette, Red or Black where your Odds are 47.37%! This smells I tell ya! Why not Baccarat where a player has the best odd's?

Wow and it fell into RED 7! What a lucky guy! 7 must be his lucky number too.

Yes if a deal is good he can hit a number!
