FWIW.......I do like the +9.5 but as far as the M/L Carlisle has told his team there will be no laying down as he wants a winning attitude that is backed especially by wins at Conseco going into the playoffs. There is a TON of bad blood between these two teams! Look for the Pacers to keep enough players on court for the W but you are most certainly correct about the point spread. No Houston really does hurt NY offensively but then again the Pacers should be "resting" a couple tonight. Really JMHO big time!

for the input. I just see Indiana playing for playoff momentum vs. NY playing for playoffs period plus a lesser opponent in the playoffs (although I see Detroit getting to the finals). Adv=NY. Good luck to all....

Update from Carlisle on the pregame show:

Tinsley will play for the Pacers.

Oneil a game time decision but has a bad knee. (He is on the floor suited up and stretching as I type this). Oniel also felt he hampered the team in the Det game by NOT COMING OUT.

NYK WILL have Matumbo available tonight.

He (Carlisle) said NYK will be highly motivated for this game and could gain up to 2 spots yet in the seeding so have extra motivation.

Croshoure probably OUT with a stomach flu tonight!

Artest has an injury as well and is ???
