Connecticut -2 ... I'll bite! If Okafor plays the whole game and i think he will, than the Huskies are too strong at too many positions for Duke to handle. Duke has a very solid cast of players but UConn has some "MAJOR" League shooters and they will clog up the lane as well.

G.T. +4.5 ... I think the Cowboys Win and play Connecticut in the final monday night. The points however seem to high for me as i think it will be a VERY close game. I think the Cowboys will feel like this is a Home Game in Texas and that will be the deciding advantage. I won't be shocked with a Tech Win either though.

Last 10 times the number 1 seed that has been a dog in the final four, they have failed to cover 8 times. This trend is strong and bolds well for Uconn. Still cannot believe Duke as a number 1 and the most popular team in all college sports is a dog.

I'm with you on Connecticut... This team is motivated... Okafor getting screwed on Player of the Year honors and Calhoun not getting into the Hall of Fame just added more fuel to their fire.

As of now, I like Georgia Tech in the other game... They just have better guards, but like I said, as of now... definitely holding off until closer to gametime.

Good luck jake! I like Connecticut more than G.T. too. I don't like the fact that the crowd will be a big advantage for the Cowboys. If it was somewhere more neutral than i would like Tech more but then again the spread wouldn't be 4 or 5 either.......... It's a "Catch 22"

The only thing I don't like about Connecticut is that they are something like 316 out of 326 nationwide in foulshooting.
Obviously, if they have a big lead near the end, that won't be an issue, but it should be considered if one expects game to go down to the wire.

agree with uconn. i just don't think duke has anyone who can match okafor and gordon and after watching duke get outworked and outrebounded against xavier without myles, i think duke is in for more than they can handle tonight. good luck.
