I do keep records of some of the cappers here that I like that do not post a record so I can tell who is hot and who is not. I will not post the records as they are not mine. Most of the mainstay cappers here keep a record. But there is some who choose to not to keep a record which is a personal choice. Seanie said he wanted to be monitored. Its very simple. Just keep a record and count plays you post in a thread.
