Tonight at 10 pm the PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS will host the SEATTLE SUPERSONICS at The Rose Garden in Portland, Ore.
PORTLAND must have this game if they are to have any chance whatsoever of making the playoffs. They are looking at a group of very hungry teams in their last 10 games to finish out this season. They beat SEATTLE by 10 points in PORTLAND 95-85 and at one time led by 15 in that game only to see SEATTLE come within 2 84-82 at the 4:24 mark in the fourth. Zach Randolph, in his 3rd season, is said to be the NBA'S "MOST IMPROVED PLAYER."
He scored 25 in that meeting. SEATTLE has a very decent team this year, but in this specific scenario they are in certain trouble, especially coming into this game on no rest and having played 3 in the last 4 days.
The easy choice, and an easy win, goes to PORTLAND tonight, in a game that will see its share of excitement. I also like the over, but don't hold me to it, I like the PORTLAND cover a whole bunch better.
