Stupid question

I use mostly offshore sportsbook now. I was wondering if any of the more experienced users of the books do about taxes? Do you claim wins and losses? There is a paper trail to you accts now. ANy advise would be great..........Thanks!

Have made many withdraws, from many
offshore shops, and never claimed a dime.
Never heard from IRS, or any other govt.
I say nuttin, and aint heard nuttin.

Fats-My opinion is don't ever admit you are using an offshore or even gambling to any govt. agency.
Papertrail or no papertrail, offshore betting is still in a gray area of the law, and you sure as hell don't want to bring attention to yourself by admitting it. jmho.
