The theory changes from sport to sport, however, there is a number during a thirty day stretch that will cover. NBA the current over is 205. I mark the trends and keep score and once it is 65% or higher I take it. I came up with the 147 after round one 7-8 games with that as the over covered and now I am using it as the baseline. I will update the line if it changes. Works for NFL and NBA as well...........Number will move 1-3 points for 30 day stretch.........I am sorry for being so wordy, I hope this helps!

Not dumb at all. It is a system I came up with a while back and it does ok for me. The plays not usually rated, they hit around 65-85 on a good run.

Basically, the line makers have a high and low number and make their money on the plays in between. If you identify the high and the low, the system works well. I just look at all games and plot the high and low of the overs and unders, and after a week or so, a number will present itself. In the NBA the number is 205 for the high and 175 for the low. These numbers to change, so you have to udate your system. For the NFL this year, I think the number was 53 for overs. It hit better than the home dogs trend! MLB, the last month of regular season is tough for over and unders because of so many pitchers coming in. The only sport that it does not work for is the NHL. They have there own treads. Right now how favorites are hitting in the 60's....
