If you are not playing Tony Campone's 20 Star Selections, you are costing yourself a lot of money. The guy is simply the best out there. I don't know why you guys waste your time with some of the services you follow out there. Tony Campone and VegasSI is the only service you need. Follow who they tell you to play and you will be a BIG winner. The rest of these guys are a waste of time and money (for the most part). Just some help as I have been with VegasSI all year and have seen with my own two eyes just how good Tony Campone is. But good luck anyway guys.
On Friday we continued on our amazing run of picking huge underdog winners when we predicted that Denver would beat Milwaukee. We also picked Washington to beat Arizona in college basketball, taking our Value Dog record to 9-1 since last weekend.
Today we focus on the NBA where the Mavericks face the Clippers in a game that at first glance looks like it should be an easy win for the raod team. Dallas have a great record, and they are the best home team in the NBA. Their 29-4 record doesn't even do justice to the quality of a number of those victories. But they are polar opposites on the road and Sunday sees another tough matchup at the Clippers. LA have the talent if not the consistency, but at home they have a far greater chance of putting it all together on the night. There is a lot of value in taking them as underdogs in this one, as they are likely to win it straight-up. We never get greedy though, and we're more than happy to take the points when the sportsbooks offer them. Bet the Clippers plus the 4 points. --
Three Quality NBA Picks
Three NBA Picks that can be combined into one parlay bet of the day. The return on this bet is nearly six times your initial investment, which makes it an attractive bet for those looking for quick returns. The serious long-term bettor should rather bet these games individually.
vs
First Leg: Hawks @ Raptors; Under 181 Total Points
The Raptors have lost 13 of their last 15 games but they're still in contention for a playoff spot. The only way for them to win is to play good defense and hope that Vince scores enough points to carry them. There is a good chance this will work against the no-name Hawks. Whether it does or not this is a game that will produce fewer points than the line, and that's all that really matters in the end. The last time they met the line total was 145. It is highly unlikely that 181 will be threatened tonight. Take the Under and laugh all the way to the bank.
vs
Second Leg: Knicks @ Bucks; Over 200.5 Total Points
New York have not scored under 90 points in their last nine road games stretching back to the beginning of February. The return of Allan Houston gives them an added dimension on offense, increases overall production, and takes some of the pressure off Marbury to be the team's savior evey night. They also face a Bucks team that scores and concedes points heavily in their home games. Our forecast is that the Over of 200.5 will be reached, and we recommend a substantial bet on the total points market.
vs
Third Leg: T-Blazers @ T-Wolves; T-Wolves -8
The Timberwolves demonstrated how tough they can be at home last time out when they beat the Lakers by 10, covering with ease. We expect them to repeat this on Sunday when they host the Trailblazers. These teams have met three times with the home team winning every time by a large margin. Portland are vulnerable to big losses on the road, and they have lost their last two away games by 20 point margins. Minnesota should come close to that in another blow-out road loss for Portland. Take the T-Wolves to cover.
