Gerry's Unlucky Ways

His last two games have been La. Tech & Okie State, both of which were two of the worst losses of the year with regards to their endings.

La Tech missed 5 FTs down the stretch and gave up a layup at the buzzer to lose the cover by 1/2 point, and Okie State turned the ball over 5 times in the last 45 seconds, missed 2 FTs and gave up 8 points in the last 26 seconds, including 5 in the last 12 seconds and lose the cover by a 1/2 point.

Unless Gerry is paying off these kids and giving opposite plays, he has been one unlucky dude the last two games. He could and should be 16-3 (I think that's right).

When i seen that last shot go up i thought it was a nightmare.

My girlfriend had a couple of bills on the game and her jaw dropped.

Hey Boomer there is no need to apologize because of one person who wants to be a sore jackass. Your Gerry Gems were on the money because if you look at the games (La Tech and Okla St.) both had moments of lacking intensity at the end of a game or as in La Tech's case beginning and end. Your picks have been BIG winners and they worn't blow out losers. Will be looking forward to the next Gerry Gem, Hopefully a lot of them in the ncaa tourney.
