To be perfectly honest, and granted hindsight is always easy, anyone could have bought the half point.
Granted it is easy for me to say as 1) I bet the game relatively small(thus buying 1/2 point is no big deal).
To me though, simply because so many games end right around 5, I almost buy a game down to 5 when I see a 5 1/2 or conversely buy it up to 5 if line is 4 1/2 and I like the dog.
Those are among the few numbers I buy off regularly.
I realize this is open to debate, but I am just offering my honest opinion.

Why did Pitt -2.5 or -3 drop down to Pitt -1 espcially with PITT such a public play? Perhaps wiseguy $$ coming in heavy on Uconn ?
