MOST EVERYONE should be on the "named" team with Valpo and especially when old coach HOMER DREW had to come out of retirement to coach them in place of his son! HOWEVER......Which team came within two points of BEATING DAYTON??? IUPUI.......Take West Virginia team to a last second hail mary at WV......IUPUI...AND BEAT PEPPERDINE.....IUPUI!!

After IUPUI lost to Dayton by two points on Dec. 13, Flyers coach Brian Gregory had a brief chat with IUPUI coach Ron Hunter.
"He said, 'Boy, if you guys ever get an inside player, you guys are going to be dangerous,' " Hunter recalled.

The 6-8 junior forward, averaging 3.3 points, scored a career-high 17 and spearheaded a stifling defense as the Jaguars dominated Chicago State 68-47 Monday in a Mid-Continent Conference semifinal at Kemper Arena.
Booyer, a junior college transfer pressed into an increased role due to a season-ending broken hand suffered by ****** Miller on Feb. 21, shot 7-for-11 from the field to go with seven rebounds, six on the offensive end.
