M Tenn St Info
Middle Tennessee State's leading scorer, Mike Dean, suffered a broken hand in practice on Thursday and will be unavailable to participate in this tournament. Dean, who averaged 16.2 ppg on the season, was scoring 18.1 ppg against Sun Belt opposition to rank second in the league. He was recently named to the All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team and will obviously be missed.
