Win totals are very difficult to handicap for an individual pitcher as there are so many factors out of their control (i.e. run support, defense, etc.).

I see some great value in Randy Wolf @ 60-1.

He plays on the best team in a very weak division....Braves are done with their run.

Most importantly, he has a closer and setup man in Wagner and Worrell that he didn't have last year with Mesa and that awful bullpen that blew 18 saves. Wolf won 16 games and his bullpen blew 3 saves.

Look for a bunch of easy victories against the Mets, Expos and the rest of that division. Also look at Millwood at 22-1

I'm biased, but Oswalt at 18-1 might be a good one. He's only
be stopped by groin injuries the past 2 years and had corrective
            surgery on that this winner.

i agree with bigjim but I would go with Colon at 25 to 1. He will get insane run support this year!
