Liking one here tonight. I tread very lightly in the nibba cuz it's too tuff for me.
Memphis +
I thinking this is another game were solid coaching beats a horsesh*t team. Probably hanging my package out the window in this one
, but I feeling frisky of late
Mil extremely poor against good passing teams (which may mean good coaching). They are on my list of top worthless teams with Seattle, Boston, and some others. Memphis coming off a foul filled disaster of a game two nights ago were they lost SU as a (7-) chalk. Over their last 13 games, the mighty Buckos have lost 8 games, only beating the deadly talents of Boston, Washington, Orlando, New Orleans, and Cleveland. You have an up and coming Western Conference team that enjoys feasting on the other conference (14-7 SU) playing a weak Eastern conference team that doesn't accel against teams from the stronger conference (6-14 SU
) Memphis is 5-3 SU (6-2 ATS) against teams with a winning record in the season's second half while the Buckos are 2-6 SU (4-4 ATS). Mil has a couple very strong trends in their favor for this one, but they haven't been historically as strong in those same departments and may come back down to terra here. They also are only 10-6 SU when revenging a same season loss, again, while doing that in a weaker conference.
Memphis lost Jason Williams early in the last game (illness), and 4 players ended up fouling out. Throw in their bad shooting percentage which they will get a chance to improve on tonight against a Mil team that has given up over 100 a game over the last five at a 45% clip, and I think Memphis gets the $$ here. The last loss may have been a "bottoming out" for them and Hubie will get them back on track (6-1 ATS off an upset loss as a home fav).
I wouldn't touch the college card tonight with BC's money
