If the guy could pick winners himself, he’d be betting on them, not running a tout service.”

The line hasn't moved. If a wager that large was placed the line would have moved.

What I found most interesting is the last sentence regarding touts. Another example that services are a scam.

I might have misspoken in calling Mr. Walters a "clown" . According to his press clippings he's a Bob Hope - like humanitarian. But has it ever occured to anyone that he'might have laid or bought a 4 on Seattle early and leaked it out ... knowing full and well the public will run it up to 6 or 6 1/2 on his reputation ? Right now the game is 6 1/2 at Cris, Tradewinds and Hollywood.

One thing I know ... if and when he plays Boston for a 4-7 ( and maybe more ) middle risking $50,000 to win $500,000 on a side win or $1,000,000 if he middles it flat out .... NO ONE will know what he did . And just picture the public sitting with their hands on you know what as they're watching the Celts have a real good time bouncing back from last night's beating at Portland.

If he's as big as some of you are saying ... he's also as ruthless as Gordon Gekko.

Most of you are solid handicappers ... that makes money. !!!

ok guys this Billy Walters bets the lines in Vegas before they hit the streets...I've heard he buys the line down and then buys the other side...ie Billy puts 50k on Boston to lower the line and then puts 300k on Sea at the lower line. I Played Boston cause the world was on Seattle! These are not the kind of games BW Plays. Betting home favs is no way to make money! My source was unaware of this play, that is why I didnt jump on!!! I have read many times that BW is playing something and its false information. The movement here was due to the public jumping on Seattle.

Interesting topics, I've heard of this Billy Walters guy, He has been put on trial 3 times, and he has beat the system everytime i think by aquittal or had the cases thrown out, The prosecutors were trying to go after him for mob ties i.e. wagering with bookies in NY.... I believe that the gov't once seized 3 million dollars of his that he had in a betting account, and refused to get it back until he said that he was going to sue the hell out of em. They made an agreement that he would release them from any lawsuits and not sue before they returned his money... Just some more info... I stayed off this one...

I haven't recieved any plays in a few weeks, if I do I will try and post. I will never forget the Reno/Kansas play this year, Incredible. Reno went to the line 2-1 over Kansas that day.
