I was also lookin at OSU here and if I'm correct, the line started at 5.5 and is goin down. The public has sided with Baylor maybe because they are playing at home. The wise bet is to play OSU -4.5.

Yes, the line has been going down and you should be able to get -4. I didn't have the patience to wait around for it though.
