Let me apologize if that was too forward for you MMM. When I first started doing the forum online thing a while ago. I was greeted by a friend by the name of Blake and he took my under his wing. Since he's showed me a lot and I'm always looking to learn more. I was just simply looking for more capping techniques and with some of your analysises (SP?) you look like you know what you're talking about.

One reason why you, I'm a chemistry buff. I don't just like to read "the picks for the day", I like to have facts to rely upon and reasons for my picks. The guys on here are good, and your style just appealed to me, that's all. Sorry, if I scared you or anything like that in anyway.

I would think someone very good with numbers would do better picking totals vs. sides, since the emotion factor isn't as important when trying to figure out how many points will be scored in a game. I have always thought there is a lot of value playing "unders" because the linemakes must take into consideration that most people don't want to make a play that can lose before the game is over. People love playing over because their bet is always alive until the game is over and it's more fun to watch a game when all you want to see is points. Dosen't even matter which team scores them. As some have said here, it is not easy watching a game when you don't want to see points or runs scored. That being said, I don't play many totals, especially "overs", because I don't think I would have the patience to find, gather and analize the huge amount of data needed to win consistently playing totals.

To me,if you cap a game real close on the #,it's better to try and play total and root for both teams to come thru for the Win!

I'm also a senior citizen with a 35 yr.old son and I've been on a SSI Disability retirement since end of '99.
I've got the time now to learn New things and How to use a computer is my FAV.,Thanks to my son whom I put thru Coll.for
