Could someone please post the Final Services sheet. Someone used to do that. Looking for Feist Underdog of the year as well as McGrew GOY. I wish to see Roots plays as well. Those would be cool to see for once. Thanks to all!
TULSA (7-14 SU/5-11-1 ATS) at RICE (15-7 SU/9-7 ATS)
Tulsa visits Houston for a WAC Conference game with Rice. Tulsa is coming off a 78-66 loss at UTEP last Saturday as +11½ point underdogs. Anthony Price scored 13 points for Tulsa, which has now dropped four straight games. Jarius Glenn and Charles Ramsdell each scored 10 points and had seven rebounds, as well. Tulsa trailed 41-33 lead at the break. In the second half, the Golden Hurricane stayed within striking distance by hitting 8-of-18 shots from downtown and 8-of-14 at the free-throw line, but constantly hurt themselves with 15 turnovers. Tulsa averages 69.7 ppg, while allowing 69.2 ppg. Jason Parker has been the catalyst of the team thus far, averaging just over 36 minutes per game and scoring a team high 18.3 ppg. He also leads Tulsa in assists (59) and steals (39). Glenn adds 12.5 ppg and is the top rebounder with 6.5 rpg. Price is the only other double-digit scorer on the team, averaging 10.0 ppg and 5.2 boards per game.
Rice also dropped their last game last Saturday, an 80-69 setback at Boise State as +2 point underdogs. Jason McKrieth led the way for Rice with 25 points, while Michael Harris added 14 points in the losing effort. Rice trailed 44-39 at the half and was outscored 36-30 in the second half en route to the 11-point road loss. The Owls shot 41.8 percent, while allowing Boise State to shoot 53.1 percent from the field in the game. Both teams shot well from the free throw line with Boise State hitting 22-of-27 and Rice hitting 20-of-23 free throws. Harris leads the Owls in scoring and rebounding, averaging 18.0 ppg and 8.7 boards per game. McKrieth and Brock Gillespie are adding 15.5 and 10.5 ppg, respectively; while Rashid Smith averages a team high 4.5 assists per game. The Rice offense scores 74.8 ppg, while allowing foes to score 67.6 ppg. Tulsa is reeling, as they enter this one 1-6 SU and ATS in their last seven games. In addition, the Golden Hurricane has struggled as a traveler this year, going 1-10 SU and 2-6-1 ATS. Rice has struggled on the road recently as well, but they are a different team at home. The Owls are 9-2 SU and 5-2 ATS at home this season, with their only two losses coming against Top-5 teams Stanford (lost 60-56 as a pick'em) and Connecticut (lost 92-83 as +11 point dogs). Since the UConn loss on January 2nd, Rice is 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS as a host, winning by an average margin of 22.4 ppg. Throw in revenge (Owls lost at Tulsa 74-68 as +1 point dogs on January 17th), and there is only one way to go in this one. Lay the points.
