So close yet so far on the 4 team parlay:

St. Marys - 12......winner (beat Portland 82-63)
Tenn. St - 2.5.......winner (beat E. Illinois 75-68)
E. Wash. - 9.........winner (beat Sacramento St. 83-57)
Ari. St - 4..............sickening loser (who cares.....they lost outright to UCLA)

Arizona St. must have left some of their game on the court when they lost that heartbreaker to CAL last Saturday 85-83.

Thanks very much for the play, though!!!..........it just hurts to lose when we were that close!!!......I would have rather lost all four (lol).

I wagered $375 to win $4500 (on the 4 team parlay) and I hedged that bet with the Chicago Bulls for $375 (they won easy)so I only lost vig or juice or whatever they call it.

That was the 1st parlay I played in over 15 years and to win three of four........oh well........maybe next time!!!

I dont play parlays that heavy ( 100.00 a play ) because of the precentages being so low , it takes a hit every 10 to 12 plays to gather a little moss and if you manage better than that your a big winner .

We ( Homer ) hit several during the baseball season and give these a try every once in a while , but not a daily thing by no means . It seems as though in hoops we hit 2-2 or 3-1 (mostly) in about 6 or 7 we have tried this year (hoops).

I am very upset about it but intend to try it again till we get it right !

I saw Arizona St. down 6 or eight with under a minute to play and assumed.........well it made an ass out of me. I should know better than to write a thread before the clock states: 00:00

I can't believe it actually went to OT and well Arizona St beat the heck out of UCLA after that!!!!.....enough to get us the W!!!!!!
